Challenge
Another inherited platform… the paint was still drying but we were handed a Marketo implementation without much thought on what to do with it.
Goal
Stand up templates, workflows, and processes that would produce revenue-generating emails.
Approach
Fast-track Marketo expertise attained. Devise, develop, and rollout new digital marketing products to sell and market to customers. Create 6 custom workflows, 8 email templates, and data cleansing automation.
Outcome
New products increased revenue. Personally responsible for designing, developing, and delivering $1M profit/quarter in emails where there was once $0. Smart drip, trigger, and nurture campaigns that decreased unsubscribe rates by 45% while growing the marketable database by over 25% Q/Q.
