Backing into pre-set timelines to rollout a new platform and begin using never-before-utilized templates to onboard a backlog of new clients.

Goal

In less than 60 days, migrate from Basecamp to Teamwork. Build templates, including how-to for staff. Be locked and loaded to onboard no less than 3 new clients/month.

Approach

Current process and platform immersion. Gap analysis, stakeholder interviews, and requirements documentation. Present a strategic approach for approval and signoff.

Outcome

Seamless migration in less than a month. Templates built and rolled out. Staff was fully trained. 5 new clients were onboarded in each of the first 3 months using the new platform. Onboarding time decreased by over 45%.
