Challenge

Massive site with +6k pages, custom built, rigid framework, not content managed, brittle architecture

Goal

Educate client on the current state of the site gently; ensuring the delivery of digestible bytes of audit results.

Approach

Narrow down scope to audit 25 key pages based on a combination current traffic and planned paid media. Leverage Semrush along side various testing tools such as Google Lighthouse, axe DevTools, Mobile FIRST  

Outcome

Deliver 50+ page audit, present Scorecard and Recommendations which promised remediation implementation to improve site health (+20%), conversions (+25%) and decrease compliance violations (-60%), security vulnerabilities (-45%), and cart abandonment(-50%).
