Approach
Narrow down scope to audit 25 key pages based on a combination current traffic and planned paid media. Leverage Semrush along side various testing tools such as Google Lighthouse, axe DevTools, Mobile FIRST
Outcome
Deliver 50+ page audit, present Scorecard and Recommendations which promised remediation implementation to improve site health (+20%), conversions (+25%) and decrease compliance violations (-60%), security vulnerabilities (-45%), and cart abandonment(-50%).
